SmartHub is the trading name under which three independent companies present themselves together, each with its own product. There is no umbrella company. The owner of this site is Smart Padel Automation, and each company contracts and invoices its own part separately: if you take two or all three solutions, you will sign with each of them and receive each invoice, even though the account manager and the after-sales service are the same.

The data you provide on this site is processed jointly by the three companies that make up SmartHub: Smart Padel Automation, S.L., Matches Padel Solutions, S.L. and Samarluan, S.L., whose full details appear in the legal notice on this same page.
They are joint controllers within the meaning of article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, because they decide together why and how this data is used. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as none of the cases in article 37 of the GDPR applies.

No automated decisions are taken and no profiling is carried out.
Two years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the relationship ends in a contract. In that case it is kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires: blocked for the limitation periods (up to six years for anything relating to accounting and tax obligations, under the Spanish Commercial Code and the General Tax Act) and available only to courts, tribunals and public authorities. Once those periods have passed, it is erased.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, by writing to the contact address.
Besides the three companies, the following providers process data on our behalf, all of them under a data processing agreement. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for other purposes.

The typefaces on this site are served from our own hosting. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other external service, so browsing this page does not disclose your IP address to third parties for that reason.
The servers hosting this website and holding your request are in the European Union. That said, several of the providers in the table above are United States companies, so the data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the safeguards in chapter V of the GDPR — standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — set out in each provider's data processing agreement.
The same applies if you write to us on WhatsApp: that conversation is processed by its provider under its own terms.
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to the processing and its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Visit measurement does not use cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views without storing or reading anything on your device. We still ask you in the banner: the law does not require it, but this site tells you it is not activated until you accept it, and we would rather keep that promise than qualify it in the small print.
